Absolutely perfect! Asakusa itself is a lovely neighbourhood, you can walk to the shrines nearby, to the riverside or to the sky tree. We could take nice walks from the hotel. There are many facilities in the neighborhood (konbini, don quijote, public transport). Comfort of the bed: As a couple of tall Dutch people, we tried to look for not-tiny beds, without paying too much. This fits the description. I am 180 cm, and fitted on the window side (where the bed is squeezed between walls. My boyfriend (2 meter) took the other side, so he wasn't squeezed. We slept comfortable. A sleeping mask is nice for the window side, as some light can come underneath the curtain. The beds are hard in a good way! The service: I inquired multiple times at the reception with somewhat difficult questions and super limited japanese (where to buy a electrical adaptor, and where to find an English speaking doctor) and they helped us great. If I'm ever returning to Japan, I'd seriously consider going back to this hotel!

My stay in this hotel was memorable! Not only that they managed to meet my request, having a room facing the Sensoji temple, but also was always greeted by the hotel staff’s warm and welcoming smile! :) They speak good english which makes it better during checkin and checkout process. Also, we were able to use the washing machine at 2nd floor. The only downside is that during the time while I was about to use the dryer, another guest seems to hog it and she told me she has 2 more batches of clothing for drying. lol It will be nice to have more dryers available. The location was amazing! I can’t believe me and husband were able to roam around at the temple before the surge of other tourist comes. I just love this hotel and this area! We will definitely stay here again when we return next year! Thank you team Hop inn Asakusa! :)

The facilities were great. I loved our room. Our room is just right for two people. It wasn't cramped out, but it was not super big. We had enough space for our luggage and other stuff that we brought for the trip. The staff were also super helpful whenever we needed their assistance and very friendly. Moreover, I really appreciated the fact that we can leave our luggage on the lobby after we've checked out since our flight was at 8pm and check out time is at 11am. The hotel is near to a lot restaurants and convenience stores. Also, it's near Asakusa station so it was very easy for us to go anywhere. Just take the Keisei line from Narita Airport since it goes directly to Asakusa station (no transfer) and vice versa. Will definitely stay in your hotel again!

Me and my wife have a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Asakusa landmarks and train stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether it was dining, shopping, or public transport, everything was easily accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall great experience. If you're looking for a hotel with a prime location and excellent service, this is the perfect choice!
